Do I need Yoga experience to attend this class?

No.The class is designed for all ability levels and modifications will be offered. Just relax and have fun.

What do I need?

A Yoga mat or towel. Comfortable clothes. Water. Open mind.

What is Lawyers Well-Being Week?

The aim of Well-Being Week is to raise awareness and encourage action across the profession to improve well-being for lawyers and their support teams. Lawyer Well-Being Week is May 4 – 8 and  addresses a different aspect of well-being each day. Click here to learn more.

Who can attend?

The class is open to legal professionals and thier support teams.

Will anyone be able to see me during the class?

No. We understand Zoom rooms are not necessarily relaxing and you may not want your colleagues to see you in downward dog. The webinar is view-only, so the instructor will be the only one visible or audible. We will open up the michrophone at the end allow a few minutes Q&A.
