The Basics
Who are you?
My name is Sara Lincoln and I am a trial lawyer.
What do you do?
I begin preparing cases for trial from the minute we open the file in the office.
Where did you come from?
A small city, a tough high school, and a women’s college.
How did you get here?
Hard work, perseverance, and faith in myself.
Why should I hire you?
Trial experience. A lawyer who has not tried a case does not have the perspective to strategically maneuver a case in each step leading up to a trial. Not every case will get tried, but in order to get the best possible result at any stage in the life of a law suit, a lawyer has to be preparing the case for trial from day one. I have argued hundreds of motion hearings, mediated hundreds of cases, and tried dozens of civil jury trials to verdict in the state and federal courts of North Carolina.
