Avery is a Charlotte native with prior experience in marketing and product line management. With her eagerness and ambition, she decided after 3 years in marketing to expand her skill set and pursue a career in the legal field. She is currently finishing her final semester in the Paralegal Diploma Program at CPCC, while working at Lincoln Derr PLLC as a Legal Assistant/ Special Projects Paralegal.
Outside of the office, Avery is a tennis professional at a local racquet club where she works with both children and adults to improve their game. With her background as a collegiate tennis player, she enjoys helping others build skills & confidence on the court.
Avery loves working on a team and brings a positive, enthusiastic attitude into the office.
