Erin E. Alfaro

Erin Alfaro is a North Carolina Certified Paralegal at Lincoln Derr PLLC who has been with the firm since 2010. With three decades of defense-oriented legal experience, she oversees the litigation process from start to finish and is known for her integrity, leadership, sound judgment, and results-driven approach. She provides high-level litigation management and support while delivering exceptional service to attorneys and clients.

Her experience spans multiple practice areas, including medical malpractice, business litigation, environmental, energy, toxic tort litigation, products liability, workers’ compensation, personal injury, and insurance defense.

Erin earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Paralegal Technology Post-Baccalaureate Certificate from Central Piedmont Community College. She has been a North Carolina State Bar Certified Paralegal since 2005.

Outside the office, Erin has devoted more than thirty years to volunteer service with Alpha Delta Pi sorority. She currently serves as an International Officer and Collegiate Province Director, supervising and supporting three collegiate chapters in North Carolina and their alumnae advisory boards.

Erin’s volunteer leadership has been recognized with honors including the Alpha Delta Pi Van Akin Advisor of the Year Award, the Ruth Pretty Palmer Alumnae Panhellenic Award, and the UNC Charlotte Greek Life Advisor Lifetime Achievement Award. In recognition of her lasting impact and service at UNC Charlotte, the Greek Life Advisor of the Year Award was renamed in her honor in 2019.
