This year marks the debut of North Carolina Lawyers Weekly’s Legal 250 — and Sara Lincoln has earned her place among its first class of honorees.

Rather than splitting honorees into separate standalone lists, the publication brings them together under one feature, organized by practice area, to highlight the breadth of legal talent across the state.
Sara has been recognized in the Medical Malpractice – Defense category, reflecting the skill and tenacity she brings to protecting healthcare providers in some of the most complex cases in the profession. As co-founder of Lincoln Derr, she has helped build the firm’s reputation as a go-to defense team for hospitals, physicians, and healthcare systems across the state.
With more than 30 years of experience and a fellowship in the American College of Trial Lawyers, Sara’s inclusion in this inaugural class is well-deserved.
